It's a rainy night and pilot Captain Maui has just finished flying into Orlando. He's very tired and he heads to a private cubicle at the Pilots Lounge to relax and have a cup of black coffee. Captain Maui is polite with his server Thom, but not chatty. When Thom offers foot service as part
